Whitcombe” lower left   Dimensions : 8 in. x 18 in. (sight); 16 in. x 26 in. (framed) Condition: Giltwood moldings possibly later affixed to painted board.  Yellowing and discoloration to varnish with surface soiling and build-up.  Paint is stable but lifting in scattered areas.  Small puncture below center ship.  Later giltwood frame repainted with some cracks and small losses to carving.
