Georges Recipon (French, 1860 - 1920), ”Le Porte Bonheur” - Georges Recipon (French, 1860 - 1920), ”Le Porte Bonheur”   Late 19th century, depicting a miniature woman hammering nails into a horse shoe signed in the casting and with Susse Freres Foundry mark. Together with a figure of an alighting putto on a green marble plinth.    Dimensions:  6 1/2in long x 5in deep x 4 1/2in in height, the putto at 4 3/4in in height  Condition: Scattered wear to the gilding and general surface wear as pictured.
