Chippendale Style Carved Mahogany Drop-Leaf Dining Table - A Chippendale Style Carved Mahogany Drop-Leaf Dining Table, Late 19th Century. The rectangular top with thumb molded drop leaves having single notched corners, scalloped skirt to either end, raised on cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees, terminating in well shaped claw-and-ball feet. Dimensions: Height 29in; width 47 1/2in; depth 18 1/2in; length open 52 3/4in. Provenance: Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Estate. Condition: Structurally sound. Marks, wear, nicks, abrasions, surface scratches, small losses and glued repairs throughout.
