Philadelphia Queen Anne Style Leather Wingback Chair - A Philadelphia Queen Anne Style Upholstered Mahogany Wingback Chair,  20th Century. Possibly by Frank Auspitz (1923-2002), York, Pennsylvania. The arched crest rail flanked by shaped wings over outswept scrolled arms,  having four cabriole legs with shell carved knees, terminating in trifid feet. Covered in an oxblood leather upholstery with brass studs. Dimensions: Height 46in; width 38in; depth of seat 20 1/4in; depth over all 29in; seat height 16 1/2in. Provenance:  Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey. Condition: Structurally sound. General marks, wear, and creases to the upholstery. Wear to leather heaviest to arms and cushion, otherwise good condition.
