American Tiger Maple and Woven Splint Foot Stool - An American Tiger Maple and Woven Splint Foot Stool, 19th Century. The turned legs joined by an H-stretcher with through-tenons to either side. Dimensions: Height 10 1/2in; width 20 1/4in; depth 8 3/4in. Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey. Condition: Structurally sound. Retaining an old dry surface. The woven splint seat has been replaced. Typical marks, wear, scuffs, surface scratches and losses to finish.
