American Cherry Double-Lidded Cutlery Box, 19th Century - An American Cherry Double-Lidded Cutlery Tray / Box,  First Half 19th Century. The dovetailed box with canted sides having a hinged lid to either side, divided by a scrolled handle with cut-out handle. Dimensions: Height 10 3/4in; width 15in; depth 10 1/2in. Provenance:  Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey. Condition: Retaining an old rich, untouched surface. Original brass hinges. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions and surface scratches.
