English Mahogany Chest of Drawers
An English Mahogany Chest of Drawers, Second Quarter 19th Century. The rectangular top above two shorts drawers over three graduated drawers, each with cock beaded moldings, raised on bracket feet.
Dimensions: Height 40 1/2in; width 43in; depth 21 3/4in.
Condition:
Structurally sound. The brass hardware is replaced. The drawer fronts with plugged holes and filling-in hiding nail holes and marks from earlier hardware. Each drawer with lock, no keys. Losses and repairs to cock beading on drawers. Typical dings, dents, scuffs, surface scratches and small losses throughout.
