Depicted in profile with head covered in a tignon. In a rectangular gilt metal mounted ebonized frame with cast brass floral hanger. Dimensions:  Sight 3 1/2 x 3in; Frame 6 x 5in. This lot comes from an Upper West Side, New York City collection that will be featured in a short lecture by noted specialist of portrait miniatures, Elle Shushan.
