Three Pairs Staffordshire Glazed Earthenware Dogs - A group of six Staffordshire glazed earthenware dogs, 19th-20th century, comprising three pairs of seated spaniels. Dimensions: Height of tallest 10in; width 7 1/2in; depth 4 3/4in. Condition: Each with rubbing and wear to painted surface. The surface of each with typical firing and glazing imperfections, surface dirt and dust in crevices. Some with crazing throughout and small losses. The right facing spaniel with luster decoration has a large vertical crack to the reverse. The right facing red/white spaniel has a large crack to the underside.
