A 19th Century Mexican Bead Decorated Textile - Hand stitched lined with colorful beaded decoration that includes a central eagle and snake and a floral border. A small tag that was found with the textile is inscribed, ”Made in 1812, bought three days ride from Zacateca Mexico”. Dimensions: 38 1/2” x 38 1/2”. Condition: Losses at the corners, some water stains, expected loss of the beads.
