Twelve Staffordshire Glazed Earthenware Animals
A group of twelve Staffordshire glazed earthenware animals, 19th-20th century, comprising a pair of recumbent lions, a pair of recumbent sheep, and pair of recumbent spaniels, a pair of seated cats, a pair of seated spaniels, a small seated spaniel and a large seated spaniel.
Dimensions:height of largest 7in; width 5 1/4in; depth 3 1/2in.
Provenance:From a Bucks County estate.
Condition: With rubbing and wear to painted surface. The surface of each with typical firing and glazing imperfections, surface dirt and dust in crevices. Some with crazing throughout and small losses.
