Marx 1966 Friction-Drive Plastic Batmobile. Original Rare - This 1966 Louis Marx and Co. Batmobile is a friction-driven model produced at the manufacturer's Swansea factory in Wales. Constructed from dark blue molded plastic, the vehicle features three translucent pink bubble windshields and molded figures of Batman and Robin. Made from LeSabre mold, friction with siren. The car is equipped with an internal siren and sits on yellow plastic wheels with silver-painted trim on the front and rear bumpers. The reproduction color-illustrated box is included, bearing the Marx logo and a 1966 copyright from National Periodical Publications. Car is Original, Box is a reproduction.
