6pc Cunard Steamship Company Silverplate Flatware - Collection of 1920s to 1950s silver-plated flatware from the Cunard Steamship Company. The group features two teaspoons and two dinner spoons, one pair of individual asparagus tongs, and one butter fork. The Cunard butter fork is marked with a lion rampant crest and CUNARD on the handle back, alongside the maker's mark R&B ROMNEY PLATE. A dinner spoon for Cunard White Star Line features a foliate handle with a lion rampant crest and is marked NICKEL SILVER MADE IN SHEFFIELD ENGL. The larger dinner spoon includes the stamp GLADWYN EMBASSY PLATE. Other pieces include a pair of tongs and a spoon produced by Elkington & Co., bearing the ELKINGTON PLATE mark and the E&Co shield device.
