Trio of Indigenous Beaded Hide Items - Trio of North American Indigenous hand-crafted hide items including two pairs of moccasins and one pair of gloves, mid-20th century. The first pair of moccasins features a soft-sole, gathered-toe construction in a Woodland style, embellished with multi-colored glass seed bead floral vamps in red, pink, yellow, blue, and green. A handwritten pencil mark numeral 9 is visible on the left sole, with further illegible pencil markings on the right sole. The second pair consists of fringed ankle moccasins in a Plains style, featuring geometric stepped diamond motifs in white, dark brown, orange, and turquoise beadwork. The short gauntlet-style gloves are decorated with floral sprigs on the backs. All pieces are constructed from tanned hide with hand-sewn details. Three pairs total. Dimensions: See Desc.
