Kelvin Chen Enamel Miniature Teapot Box - Kelvin Chen (contemporary), miniature teapot-form box in hand-painted enameled metal. The polychrome decoration features a bulldog seated on a sandy beach beneath a pink and green striped umbrella, set against a blue sky. Additional decorative motifs include scattered seashells and stars on a yellow ground. The interior and underside of the lid are finished in light blue mottled enamel, and the piece features brass-toned metal trim with a ball finial and hinged closure. The underside is marked Kelvin Chen, No. 15, and 2006. The item is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Art Gifts, Inc., Industry, California. Includes original box.
