The ensemble features a seated boy in a brown vest and white cap playing an accordion on a chair with a heart-shaped cutout, a barefoot boy in matching attire playing a transverse flute, and a gnome reclining beneath a barrel-form vessel with blue horizontal banding and an open top. The underside of both the accordion and flute players bears a red printed three-line mark reading MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN.
