Regina 15.5 Inch Music Box Discs, Pair, Late 19th Century - A pair of antique 15 1/2 inch perforated steel music box discs manufactured by the Regina Music Box Company of Rahway, New Jersey. This set includes Disc No. 1086 featuring Cavalleria Rusticana Intermezzo by Mascagni and Disc No. 1350 featuring Consolation by Mendelssohn. The discs are constructed from pressed steel with peripheral drive holes and tune-producing projections on the reverse. Disc 1086 features a copper-toned finish with an 1893 copyright and patent dates of December 17, 1889, and June 27, 1893. Disc 1350 is finished in standard grey steel. Both discs bear the ornate Regina trademark logo, scrollwork, and Beginning indicators with directional arrows for proper spindle placement. Dimensions: 15.50”L x 15.50”W x 0.25”H Condition: Good
