2pc M&M Scognamiglio Shell Cameo Pendant and Gold-plated Filigree Brooch - Italian M&M Scognamiglio shell cameo pendant and a gold-plated filigree brooch. The pendant consists of a large, high-relief shell cameo hand-carved with a female profile and floral motifs, featuring an irregular naturalistic edge. It is suspended from a silver bail on a black fabric cord with a tag marked M+M, Scognamiglio, Italy, and 925 with Italian hallmarks. Bail and clasp are stamped 925. The brooch features a white cameo on a brown background depicting a woman and a winged figure set in a yellow-tone metal frame with a decorative openwork filigree border.
