Herend Hungary Hand Painted Porcelain Queen Victoria Vase - Herend hand-painted fine porcelain vase in the Queen Victoria (VBO) pattern, featuring a flared, scalloped rim and an oval-section body on a reticulated pedestal base. The decoration includes a polychrome floral spray centered by a pink and orange peony-style blossom on the obverse and a butterfly in shades of yellow, purple, and blue on the reverse. The piece is accented with a light sage green wash and 24 karat gold leaf gilding along the rim, base, and decorative scrolls. The base bears a blue underglaze mark consisting of a crowned crest surrounded by the words HEREND and HUNGARY, with HANDPAINTED in script below.
