Thick circular planchet with plain edge featuring conjoined profile portraits of King George V and Queen Mary. The perimeter is inscribed CONFEDERATION at the top, 1867 to the left, 1927 to the right, and CANADA at the base. The reverse displays the 1921 Canadian Coat of Arms surmounted by a crown and flanked by maple leaves, with a base ribbon inscribed A MARI VSQVE AD MARE. Housed in a 2 x 2 plastic flip case.
