Wedgwood Hand-Painted Hunt Scene Cabinet Plate by Harry Bentley - A porcelain cabinet plate featuring a hand-painted central medallion depicting a hare running through a landscape with a hunting hound in the middle distance. The scene is signed H. Bentley in the lower right corner. The plate has a molded, scalloped edge and a wide lavender-colored border decorated with blue transfer-printed floral motifs. The rim is finished with a gilded edge. The reverse side bears a brown printed mark for Wedgwood Etruria England with three stars and a red-printed British Registry mark Rd No 193455.
