Giuseppe Armani Capodimonte Porcelain Sculpture, Venus - Giuseppe Armani (Italian, 1935-2006) for Florence Sculture d'Arte. A cold-cast porcelain figurine titled Venus, depicting a woman with flowing blonde hair and a diaphanous pale blue gown standing amidst waves. The figure is secured to a circular multi-tiered dark-finished wooden base. A circular adhesive label on the porcelain base features a stylized A and reads G. Armani Collector Society 1993. The porcelain is incised with the signature G. Armani and a copyright mark reading 1992 FLORENCE. A blue printed mark displays a five-pointed crown above a capital N.
