Moorcroft Pottery Sally Tuffin Carp Vase - Moorcroft Pottery large twin-handled earthenware vase in the Carp pattern, designed by Sally Tuffin. The vessel features a bulbous body with a tapered neck and two arching handles, decorated using traditional tubelining and hand-painted glazes. The continuous landscape design depicts stylized koi fish swimming amidst water swirls in a palette of muted greens, pinks, and purples under a high-gloss finish. Base marks include impressed Moorcroft and Made in England stamps, the incised S.T. DES. designer mark, and a hand-painted J. Moorcroft signature. The piece is further marked with an impressed bell date cipher for the year 1991, a handwritten date, and various makers marks. Dimensions: 10.5”W x 13”H Weight: 8 lbs. Condition: Good.
