Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Miniature Rectangular Medallion - A Wedgwood jasperware medallion with a dark cobalt blue ground and applied white sprigged relief decoration. The rectangular form with beveled corners shows a classical frieze scene with multiple figures, including a seated figure at a tripod table, a standing robed figure beside a classical urn, and additional figures engaged in offering or ceremonial activity. No factory marks are visible on the reverse. The back bears two handwritten paper inventory labels describing it as a jasper medallion circa 1785, along with additional collection and inventory numbers.
