Debra Steidel Crystalline Glaze Ceramic Vase - This large ovoid ceramic vase is a work by Debra Steidel, featuring a sophisticated macro-crystalline glaze. The vessel is designed with a tapering form and a narrow, unrimmed mouth. The surface decoration consists of shimmering, silvery-blue and grey snowflake-like crystal formations that grew within the glaze during a specialized cooling process, set against a creamy off-white background. The vase is mounted on a three-footed stand with a dark, textured finish. The underside of the stand bears the hand-signed incised signature of Debra Steidel.
