3pc Chinese Carved Cinnabar Lacquer Vase and Eggs - Chinese carved cinnabar lacquer trio consisting of one cylindrical vase and two ovoid eggs. The vase features a metal core with a deep red lacquer surface, decorated with a continuous scene of two five-clawed dragons maneuvering through clouds and flames over a fine diaper-pattern ground. The flared neck and foot are embellished with scrolling floral bands and ruyi borders. The interior, rim, and base are composed of an exposed dark patinated metal. Two coordinating eggs feature dense floral and foliate carving; one egg includes a circular medallion with a stylized Shou character for longevity.
