Large acrylic on canvas painting by British artist Joyce Roybal who has represented a woman with her sleepy cat on her lap. Made with multiple different textures, Royal has filled the figure and cat's contours with thick paint that he carved with a tool to add reliefs in earthy tones of brown, tan, dusty pink, blue and yellow.
