An interesting collection of twenty cast glass beads and one metal impression stamp. Impression stamp is made from a pliable metal and has an embossed face wearing a mitre and was likely used to make impressed jewelry designs. Collection includes eleven coq beads (three signed), four signed Renaissance beads, two signed Cerisier beads, two signed Fougeres beads, and one signed Poussins bead. Engraved signatures found on ends or sides of beads read R. Lalique. Bead measurements range between 1"L to 1.5"L. Rene Lalique was a master glass maker and jeweler who influenced the art deco and art nouveau movements in the early 20th century. His pieces are renowned and coveted for their unique flora, fauna, and figurative themed designs. Includes floating display box measuring 10"L x 3"W x 1.5"H.
