Edward the Black Prince rare figure of a knight on horseback in full armour.
Marked with Michael Sutty backstop and model no. 88 to base. Edward of Woodstock, known to history as the Black Prince (15 June 1330-8 June 1376), was the eldest don of King Edward III of England, and the heir apparent to the english throne. The black field of his "shield for peace" is well documented and has three ostrich feathers painted. #militaria #britishempire #knight
