Perfect Pairing - Metropoloitan Seafood presents a Lobster dinner for two and ”Artemivske” sparkling white brut wine from the Artwinery straight from Ukraine.  ”Artemivske” is a made from Chardonnay, Riesling and Aligoté grapes, which has a delicate and elegant taste. The aftertaste has tones of white fruits and mineral shades and is long lasting. The aroma of the sparkling wine is refined and complex, with a subtle floral aroma, hints of citrus, dried fruit and light fruity undertones.  It tastes good with fish and seafood dishes, light salads and is recommended as an aperitif.  Served chilled.
