I am a hybrid, I run on Chocolate and Wine - Wine and Dark chocolate are the perfect pairing.   A variety of gourmet dark chocolates, chocolate covered coconut almonds, and Belgian chocolate waves paired with to Logos II red wine.  Logos II red wine has cherry color with dark garnet tones. On the nose, aromas of the maceration and Garnacha fruit that are enhanced by the contributions of the noble oak.  Wine and Chocolate are perfect together.
