Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfer, Pennsylvania Check and Cash

Payment Instructions: Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card American Express, and Discover credit cards. Buyer pays any credit card fees charged by the processing service. We reserve the right to accept money orders, cash, and bank or certified check as acceptable forms of payment at our discretion for pick-up bidders ONLY.. L&H Auctions does not accept Pay Pal.
Invoices will be sent out within two hours of the auction ending. Payment is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice. Payments can be made through ATGPay's payment system by clicking the pay now button. If you are tax exempt but you see sales tax on your invoice, send an email to payments@proxibid.com with your sales tax exempt documentation. If payment is not received within 3 days of receiving the invoice, we will be charging the cards on file unless prior arrangement has been made with L&H Auctions. NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 14, 2024!! Pickup days are: Day of sale, Saturday, September 7, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm & September 9-14, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You must contact L&H Auctions if you need to pick up at a time other than these dates. Failure to pick up purchases in this time frame will result in the loss of Payment and items purchased! All items sold absolute.
All Items are Being Sold " AS IS". Inspection Date is Friday, September 6, 2-7 pm.

Bidding: By bidding on an item, you are entering into a binding legal contract.


Condition: The property purchased at a L&H Auction, is sold "AS IS" without any representations or warranties, express or implied, by L&H Auctions or its seller(s) as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or description of any property. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to the client. No statement anywhere, oral or written, shall be deemed as such a guarantee, warranty or representation. L&H Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The buyer should assume all items are not free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. It shall be the bidder's responsibility, whether present or absentee, to determine the condition of each item. All prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine any property in which they are interested in before the auction takes place. All items are available for viewing. Inspection Date is Friday, September 6, 2-7 pm.
