R. Yitzchak Issac Weisz (1824-1892) was a talmid of R. Yehuda Tzvi of Rozla, R. Yitzchak Issac of Zidichoiv, The Sar Shalom and the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. He was held in enormous esteem by many great Tzadikim and Chassidim. Renowned as a great Talmid Chochom, Tzadik and Mekubal he served as Rav in Svalyiva, and later as Rosh Beth Din in Munkacs.
