Mordechai Halberstadt including two polemical Teshuvos.  According to some bibliographers, this sefer was banned because of Teshuva (#56), supposedly authored by R. Yehoshua Falk (The Pnei Yehoshua) in which he permitted in certain circumstances a wooden partition to allow Kohanim near underground graves. Apparently, this ruling was disputed by the Frankfurt Bais Din and R. Yaakov Emden. Additionally, in responsum 30, the author mentions the possibility that certain Psakim in Hilchos Treifos in the name of R. Yeshaya Horowitz (Sh’eLA) are actually forgeries.  With many important approbations including, R. Elozor Kellin, R. Wolf Boskowitz (Machtzis Ha’Shekel) and R. Yehoshua HaLevi Horowitz of Triebish (son of R. Shmelke of Nikolsburg).  With signatures of R. Moshe Freund. Neuman press. 6, 102 pages. 19.4 cm.
