Including the laws concerning sons-in-law inheriting rabbinical appointments as well as whether a Rav may transfer his position to a child during his lifetime. The issues raised in this sefer remain pertinent today and are often points of contention in Dinei Torah. R. Chaim Lehrman (1867-1911) was a descendant of both the Vilna Gaon and the Chozeh of Lublin. He served as Rebbe in Dobrin-Plotzk. Published by the author’s son R.
