Va'Yakom Eidus B'Ya'akov. Psak Al Agunos. MaHaRAL. Frankfurt Am Main 1719. - Rare sefer containing two works. The first is a responsum by R. Yehuda Loewe (the MaHaRAL of Prague) and R. Yaakov Pollack, concerning an Aguna (“chained woman”), first published in Prague in 1595. The second is a eulogy for R. Akiva Ginzburg of Frankfurt authored by the MaHaRAL, first published in Prague in 1598. The publisher, R. Moshe Darom, Dayan of Frankfurt, published the two seforim in one volume, as he found them bound together in his ancestral library. Vinograd Frankfurt 362. Heinschtadt press. 43 pages. 15.5 cm.
