The understanding of the Hebrew grammatical rules is essential to facilitate the study and understanding of the Torah. R. Dovid Kimchi known by the acronym RaDaK (1160–1235), was one of great early commentators. He was one of the “Chachmei Provincesia”, a province in France, which was a great Torah center in the times of the Ba’alei Tosfos.
