This was seemingly R. Shlomo Eiger’s copy hence it’s lack of the introduction, end and signature.  R. Shlomo Eiger (1787-1852), was born in Lissa and studied under his great father. R. Akiva Eiger. In 1831 he became Rav in Kalisch. In 1838, upon the passing of his father, R. Shlomo succeeded him as Rav of Posen. Renowned as tremendous Talmid Chochom, he was held in great esteem by his great father, and is mentioned countless times in Chidushei and Teshuvos R. Akiva Eiger.
