Dovid Deutsch.  With handwritten inscription by R. Menachem Donath gifting the sefer to his brother R. Moshe Eliezer Donath (Rav of Novo-Mesto). R. Menachem Donath (1888-1977), was a distinguished talmid of the Da’as Sofer. He served as a Dayan in Frankfurt and later in Yerusholayim. Author of sefer She’aris Menachem. R. Moshe Eliezer (Lipman) Donath (1896-1944) was a distinguished talmid of the Da’as Sofer. He served as Rav in Novo-Mesto and later as a Rav in Pressburg.
