Shimon Bar Yochai first revealed mystical secrets to his followers. Three participants didn’t survive that revelation, so when R. Shimon joyously sharing mystical secrets he had previously withheld, before he passed on to the next world. Printed as a miniature for use on Hoshana Rabba and Lag B’Omer at the Hillula of R. Shimon.
