POLTAVA CIRCA 1910!  Sefer Tzipisa L’Yeshuah is a classic halachic and ethical essay authored by The Chofetz Chaim. It focuses on the fundamental Jewish obligation to actively anticipate, yearn for, and await the arrival of Moshiach and the ultimate redemption. It was originally published as an eight page pamphlet without a title page. In 1929, it was reprinted in Eretz Yisroel by R. Aaron Cohen (son in law of The Chafetz Chaim). On the title page of that edition R. Aaron Cohen writes that originally because of the decree of the censor the Chofetz Chaim was not able to print this sefer independently and instead he included in The Ha’Peles Journal.  Uncut pages! 18 by 22.5 cm. Fine condition.  Opening bid $250
