R. Nosson Dovid Rabinowitz. Biala London - Autograph letter of recommendation written on behalf of a relative, a descendant of a great rabbinical family who is in a difficult financial situation. R. Nosson Dovid Rabinowitz (1900-1948), was a scion of the Peshisca-Biala dynasty as well as a grandson of R. Leibish of Ozserov. He was a son in law of R. Alter of Novominsk. In 1928 he emigrated to London, where he opened a Bais HaMidrash and served as Rebbe for Peshisca-Biala Chassidim living in London. 20 by 26 cm. Tape repairs along folds. Opening bid $200
