Ponim Yoffos. Ostrog [Lemberg] 1851. With important Chassidic glosses. - Commentary on the weekly Torah portions by R. Pinchos HaLevi Ish Horowitz. With several unidentified glosses including a quote in the name of “Tzaddik of Belz”. R. Pinchos Ha’Levy Horowitz (1730- 1805), was one of the most prominent disciples of the Maggid of Mezritch. He served as Rav in various communities including Vitkova, Lechowitz and most notably Frankfurt. He was renowned as a great Rav and Posek as well as a prolific writer and is often referred to as “The Haflo’ah” after his work on Maseches Kesubos.
