Eitz Pri. First Edition. Lemberg 1880. Rare! - Addendum to the classic Chasidic Sefer Pri Ha’Aretz (Kapust 1814), by R. Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk. Although the title page says Tzefas, at the end of the sefer it states that it was actually printed in Lemberg. Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk (1730-1788), was a prominent talmid of the Maggid of Mezritch and merited seeing the Ba’al Shem Tov. Following the petirah of the Maggid (1772) he settled in Horodok together with R. Avrohom Kalischer. In 1777 they led 300 of their Chasidim to settle in Eretz Yisroel, initially in Tzefas and later in Tiveria. Stefansky 469. Zegel press. 16 pages. 23 cm. Excellent condition.
