With the Be’er HaGolah glossary and indices by R. Moshe Rivkes of Vilna. The Be’er HaGolah provides the sources in the Talmud and Rishonim for the rulings of the Shulchan Oruch. It was received to great acclaim and has since become synonymous with the study of Shulchan Oruch appearing in almost every edition. Great grandfather of the Vilna Gaon who continued referencing the sources of the Shulchan Oruch in the Biur Ha’Gra. Each volume includes two title pages, the first illustrated with copper-etchings of figures of angels. Lacking one page of approbations in section Orach Chaim and the page of corrections in the section of Even Ha’Ezer. Page 158 in section Yoreh De’ah slightly torn effecting some text.
