Rare pamphlet of novella by the students of Yeshivas Tiferes Tzion in Bnei Brak. The first essay was contributed by R. Chaim Kanievsky, who was then just thirteen years old. This is assumed to be the first published novella of R. Chaim Kanievsky. R' Shmaryahu Yosef Chaim Kanievsky (1928-2022) was born in Pinsk to his father R' Yaakov Yisrael Kanievsky (The Steipler Gaon) and his mother, the sister of The Chazon Ish. In 1934 his family emigrated to Eretz Yisrael and settled in Bnei Brak. He learned in Yeshiva Tiferes Tzion and later in Yeshivas Lomza in Petach Tikva. In 1951 he married the daughter of R' Yosef Shalom Eliyashiv. He was world renowned for his extreme diligence in Torah study and his unrivaled knowledge of every area of Torah scholarship. He famously authored tens of seforim, in particular, his work on Seder Zera’im (Derech Emunah). In his later years, his home became a magnet for all those seeking guidance and blessings and he was recognized as the undisputed 'Gadol Hador'. 39 pages. 24 cm.
