Avrohom Bing of Wurzburg. He immigrated to Yerusholayim in 1833 where he devoted extensive efforts to researching Eretz Yisroel. His seforim include novella relating to the laws of Eretz Yisroel, geographical studies that show the names of localities, mountains, countries, rivers, etc., found in Tanach, Talmud and Midrash as well as the correct Halachic Zemanim for Eretz Yisroel.
