R. Naftoli HaKohen Bein/Shechita. Lemesh 1896 - Autograph letter of recommendation “Hamlotzo” on behalf of a Shochet signed by R. Naftoli HaKohen Bein, Rov of Lemesh. Written on behalf of a Shochet R. Yeshaya Osher Segal, who was leaving his position as Shochet of Lemesh. The Rov extolls his virtues as a Talmid Chochom and Yorai Shomayim and writes that in addition to his qualifications as a Shochet, he is also an accomplished Chazzan. R.
