With the stamp of the Tosher Rebbe as well as “Kvitlach” inserted into the pages. R. Meshulam Feish Lowey-Segal (1921-2015), was a scion of the Tosher dynasty. Known from a young age as extremely devout and pious, he was also renowned for his boundless love of his fellow Jews. He miraculously survived the Holocaust and in 1951, he immigrated to Canada settling in Montreal. In 1961, he founded Kiryas Tosh on the outskirts of Montreal as an enclave for those seeking refuge from the influences of contemporary society.
