R. Amrom Blau. Yerusholayim 1974. - Large poster, issued by the Neturei Karta of Yerusholayim at the completion of the Shiva of R. Amrom Blau, announcing eulogies to be given in Yeshivas Torah V’Yirah where R. Amrom davened. Speakers included R. Yaakov Meir Schechter of Breslov, R. Gershon Libman of Novardok, R. Aaron Katzenelenbogen, R. Mendel Cohen, R. Uri Blau and R. Chaim Binyomin Katzenelenbogen. R. Amrom Blau (1894–1974) was one of the founders of the fiercely Anti-Zionist Neturei Karta. Originally active in the Agudas Yisroel, he founded the Neturei Karta in 1937 when he felt the Aguda began to lean towards a compromise with the Zionist leaders.
